The Valencian professional office Evalue Asesores has taken final steps this week to establish a permanent headquarters in Oran (Algeria) through its subsidiary SARL Evalue Business Algeria.

The company landed in the North African city, considered by many the country´s economic hub compared to administrative head represented by Algiers, for its cultural and geographical proximity to Spain , growth in industrial, commercial and infrastructure activity and collaboration over the last two years with local businessmen´s projects.

In order to sign the articles of association assisted the Director Partner of the firm, D. Felix de la Guía, and the Spanish lawyer Manuel José Serra who will take over as manager of the new subsidiary.

The work to be performed focuses on the comprehensive management of the establishment of foreign companies in Algeria, providing assistance and information about the economic situation and state help to investment. They will progressively integrate the local staff and partners.

At this time the most recent activities have been advising for the creation of two industrial plants as well as tenders for the construction of public housing in the wilaya of the west.
